I have not received my orders, what should I do?

  1. Moby as a payment service provider is not involved in the delivery of items. Do get in touch with the merchant directly if the delivery is taking longer than expected.  

  2. However, if the cancellation of your order has been mutually agreed upon between you and Moby merchant but your payment has yet to be auto-reversed, please contact us by WhatsApp +6011 1111 5155 or drop us an email at customercare@moby.my.
