I have cancelled my order or returned my goods. However, Moby has not deducted the installment from my bank account. What should I do?

  1. When you have cancelled your order or returned the goods, the merchant needs to verify that you have fulfilled their return/refund policy and refund the payment to us.  

  2. Until the full refund is made to us, the monthly installments will still be charged automatically to your account.

  3. We will refund all the payments that have been made when we have received the full refund from the merchant.
