I have chosen to pay via installments but my first payment is higher than the rest. Why is that?

  1. You have selected a transaction amount that is higher than the spending limit approved for your account. Any amount in excess of your spending limit will be charged to your first payment in addition to your first instalment amount. 

  2. Example:

  1. Customer A is given a spending limit of RM 1,500.  

  2. Customer A wishes to purchase a handbag worth RM 1,800 using MOBY ’s Pay in 3 Instalment Payment on the 23.03.2023 

  3. The below will be Customer A's Payment Schedule:
